Sales Business Plan

I am working at hardware store,I need to write a business plan for my department..how to increase sale.

I am preparing a hotel business plan and I need a full sample plan without any investment to make

I have to write a business plan for a high level sales position (wireless industry)

it’s this one particular company that I am very interested in and they franchise. so my question is do i need a business plan if I plan on getting a loan to become a franchisee. if so, how would I go about putting the financial part of the business plan together if you really donot know what the business sales and such would be for the year. or do I just need to state how much I need and list the things the franchsior request. hopefully I am not being too confusing.
