online financial planning

I’m 23 yrs. I attend a community college majoring in Accounting. My car broke in Feb 08 and I had to junk it. I’ve been unemployed for nearly 8 months. Many of the classes I need to take aren’t offered online.

I want to complete college but I don’t have a car to get back and forth.

I wanted to know would financial aid cover the costs of campus housing and a meal plan, therefore having a car won’t be an issue and I can live and take classes on campus.

I want to know whether I can get any grants if I change my living status from With Parent to Off-Campus because I’m planning to move out for the summer and for the next school year. I am currently living with my parent, but will be looking for a place to live starting May or June.

I did not receive any grants for the 2008-2009 year, but they did offer me loans (I declined). If I change my status, will they send me any grants for the summer?

My plan is to CORRECT my financial aid online from WITH PARENT to OFF CAMPUS. THIS IS FOR THE SUMMER!

23, planning to enroll at Southern CT for a masters in library science program, but saw that online courses, which I want to take, are roughly $500/credit, making the program about $18,000. I could use a little financial aid from the school, but don’t know if it’s the same as undergrad (FAFSA). Does anyone have advice for a broke grad trying to further his education?

I want to know of any good places online or companies that provide Scholarships for students. I have applied for Financial Aid and plan to apply for a Student Loan next week when Spring semester begins. I’d like to get some information on Scholarships as well. No idea how it works and a lot of stuff online don’t really make a whole lot of sense. (You have to be Jewish or a Minority or something on most of them that I found)

Thanks.

I planned to return back to college in January but due to health related issues decided to wait till the fall. I would like to get started now working towards my bachelors degree. I have 1 year under my belt and would be a sophomore when I return? I have not been in school in years and I thought online courses would also get me into the groove of things better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

online financial planning

I am currently attending an online school that is soon to lose it’s accreditation. No one told me this before I enrolled and I didn’t do my research. I have most of my schooling paid by unsubsidized and subsidized loans from the government, but I also have a cash agreement with the school until March, 2008 for a little under $300.00 a month. My question is, what is the best way to go about transferring financial aid credits from one online institution to another? I plan to make sure the next one is reputable. If anyone has had a similar experience or knows of a website that may be of help to me, please let me know.
