Have an interview where I have been asked to provide a Business Plan related to the role I am applying for which is a sales/support role. Looking for a template or format to use for the business plan. Any help or direction appreciated.

I do not have capital or the facilities and would like very much to attract an investor. I have started my business plan but i need some help with details such as
1.budget
2.costing equipment
3. show projected sales
4.sales revenue less cost of sales
5. expenses
6. gross profit
I need to produce financial projections for 3 years.
